I know soup season is winding down (especially in the desert) but I truly love soups year round – just have an icy drink with it and you’re good! 😉 Soup is so comforting to me and I think that’s why I love it so much! Plus add some melty cheese to it, and forget it! Perfect meal in my book.
Ingredients
3 to 3.5 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 10.5 oz cans of cream of chicken soup
1 32 oz bag of frozen diced potatoes
32 oz chicken broth
1 packet of ranch seasoning
sour cream + green onions to garnish
Directions
Pour all ingredients (minus garnishes) into crockpot and stir. Set on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. I may add another 1/2 c of the shredded cheddar cheese to thicken it up if I feel like it needs it toward the end. Add garnishes and serve. It’s that EASY! 🙂
