All you need is:
14 oz package of mixed coleslaw
2 c mayo
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt + pepper (eyeball, add more or less to taste)
Mix everything all together. That’s it!!! We LOVE this on my instant pot BBQ chicken sandwiches! I like to add a little more s + p but that’s me. Either way, it’s easy and so good!!
