A different twist on the always trendy avo’ toast!
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
2 pieces of sourdough bread
1 hard boiled egg (grated with a cheese grater)
1 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese
1 green onion (chopped)
Chili oil (you can buy this or make it yourself)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Start by toasting bread (with avocado oil or EVOO) in a skillet over medium heat. Once toasted, remove from heat. Spread on the 1/2 of avocado between both pieces of bread with salt and pepper. Add grated hard boiled egg, parm, and green onions. Drizzle on chili oil for an extra kick of heat!
