Ingredients
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c Premier Protein Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice Shake
1 c pumpkin puree
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground allspice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan for the batter. Whisk together all dry ingredients (except brown sugar) in one mixing bowl. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice shake, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and oil until well combined. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until smooth. Pour batter in greased pan and add a little sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
