Ingredients
• 1/2 of a whole watermelon, cubed (remove any black seeds)
• pinch of flakey salt
• 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
Instructions
Chop your watermelon into cubes and then place in freezer for 2-3 hours. Remove from freezer and let thaw, then transfer to a blender with lemon juice and salt. Blend until consistency is smooth.
