So here’s the thing, this recipe is so easy and versatile you can literally switch it up however you want and sub veggies/meats, pasta noodles, etc. I always have a handful of the ingredients in my fridge and pantry so it’s super simple to swap.
I love adding spinach and playing around with the different specialty noodles that aren’t as common (suprisingly, Target has a great selection of these! Radiatore, Paccheri, Lumaconi, etc!!!) and adding other variables of protein, etc. If I’m really going simple and bare minimum, I use the below ingredients for a quick, affordable, under 10 min meal for my family!
