Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day! Here’s a quick way to make those super soft cake like cookies in half the time!

Ingredients
1 box vanilla cake
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 c white chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tub of buttercream frosting
Green food coloring
Directions
Combine the cake box mix and all ingredients in the list (minus buttercream frosting + food coloring). Scoop 1 tbsp size scoops onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 min at 350. Take your buttercream frosting and divide it in 1/3s (I use small bowls to do this evenly just by eyeballing). Add 2 drops of food coloring to the first bowl, 4 drops to the second bowl, and 6 drops into the 3rd bowl so that they go lighter to darker. Let cookies fully cool before adding frosting. Frost + add star glitter, serve immediately!
