Here’s another simple recipe you just need a few ingredients for!! We LOVE this with my homemade coleslaw (click for recipe!)

Ingredients:
4 lbs of boneless chicken breasts (I’ve also made this with boneless skinless tenders and it worked out great!)
2.5 c BBQ sauce (We love Kinder’s organic)
1/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp onion powder
Add all ingredients to your Instant Pot. Set time to 40 minutes (I also leave my chicken out for about 1 hr before cooking so that it cooks more evenly. If you’re using frozen chicken you’ll need to increase the time) on manual/high pressure. Once time is up, do a quick release. Shred chicken and serve on your favorite buns or rolls! We love eating this outside, picnic style!
