Make these in a snap! Nothing from scratch and only a few store bought ingredients. Literally ready in minutes and your kids will think they’re spooky fun!!
“Ingredients”
1 package Nutter Butter cookies
1 package of white chocolate (for melting)
Gel writing pen or icing (finer tip is best)
Candy eyes
Directions
Start with a small amount of white chocolate (not the entire package unless you’re making a lot) and melt over a double boiler or in the microwave. I used the microwave for this because I was rushed for time and just check it after 20 second intervals and stir until melted – make sure you don’t leave it unattended in the microwave or your white chocolate will turn hard and be ruined.
For the ghosts: take a spoon and pour the white chocolate on the peanut cookie a little more than half way. These will dry quick, so work swiftly. Once dry, take the gel pen/icing and add 2 little eyes and an oval for the mouth.
For the mummies: take a spoon and pour the white chocolate over the entire peanut cookie and spread around. Add candy eyes while it’s still melted and before it’s hardened. Let dry for 2-3 minutes or so and then take your spoon and drizzle over more white chocolate to make them look like mummies.
