Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp hot sauce
3 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 head cauliflower chopped into florets
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 c soy sauce
Garnish:
Lemon slices
Chopped parsley
Directions
Heat skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Add cauliflower, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste and coat. Move to a bowl and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, onion powder and turkey (add salt and pepper to season). When meat is fully cooked through, add soy sauce and hot sauce (we used what we had on hand which was Valentina) and continue cooking for another few minutes.
Scoot the meat to one side of the pan and add cauliflower back to the empty divided side. Reheat the cauliflower and add garnishes and serve!
