Ingredients
EV olive oil (eyeball)
Everything bagel seasoning (eyeball)
Salt + pepper (eyeball)
2lbs chicken tenders
1 cup mayonaise
3/4 c parm
3/4lb asparagus
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together the mayo and parm and spread on both sides of the tenders. Add salt and pepper to each side and set aside.
Add asparagus to a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place coated chicken tenders on top of the asparagus and season with the everything bagel seasoning. Cook for about 15 minutes and then turn the broiler on for about 5 minutes. Temp check the chicken to make sure it is properly cooked all the way through (165 degrees) The topping/seasoning should look browned.
Plate and serve!
